TV Today journalist Anjana Kashyap files ₹2 crore defamation case against Khan Sir

Senior journalist Anjana Om Kashyap and TV Today Network have moved the Delhi High Court seeking Rs 2 crore in damages against exam coaching teacher Faisal Khan, better known as Khan Sir, over remarks he made about her coverage of him. The suit, according to Live Law, targets specific phrases Khan used, including "bikau patrakaar," "chatukar," and "fake news dukaan" and seeks their removal alongside the damages claim.
The dispute between the senior journalist and Khan Sir reportedly began during a live television debate on the NEET exam system, where Kashyap allegedly called online teachers "frauds" and "exploiters" chasing views rather than serving students.
