Possible prosecution for potential contempt after comments made during triple murder trial

As any journalist knows - or certainly should know - making public comments about a trial which is underway is a pathway to contempt of court, which carries swingeing penalties, including the potential for jail time.
But that’s the position - the potential contempt of court - that shock jock Kyle Sandilands and co-presenter Jackie Henderson, find themselves in today after the trial judge in the Erin Patterson trial mulls action against the Kyle and Jackie O Show.
