Stutchbury calls time at The Fin; successor announced

James Chessel (pictured below), a Walkley Award-winner and former executive editor of The Sydney Morning Herald and The Age will succeed Stutchbury.
Tory Maguire, Nine Entertainment’s managing director of publishing, praised Stutchbury as “a giant of Australian journalism.” She highlighted his immense legacy at the AFR, noting his dedication to high-quality, relevant, and energetic journalism, which has significantly elevated the publication's status.
