Air India has invited pitches for its media mandate, a business estimated to be worth around Rs 150 crore, according to BestMediaInfo.com. Initiative, part of IPG Mediabrands, currently handles the account after winning it in 2024 through a competitive process.  The fresh pitch comes as IPG Mediabrands moves towards a merger with Omnicom Group, expected to close this year.   Since its acquisition by the Tata Group in 2022, Air India has been undergoing a major transformation, including modernising its fleet, integrating Vistara into its full-service operations, and merging low-cost units Air India Express and AIX Connect.
