Gen Z challenges healthcare stereotypes: The pursuit of authentic, in-person care

The findings show a generation seeking balance, control and genuine connections in their healthcare experiences.
The report, “Gen Z: Calling for Healthcare Connection and Change,” surveyed 5,000 Gen Z adults (18-27) across 10 countries, offering a comprehensive look at this cohort’s health priorities. Despite being labelled “digital natives,” more than 60 per cent of respondents prioritise face-to-face visits over telehealth, driven by scepticism toward online health information.
