NZ’s Trade Me takes 50% stake in Stuff

Stuff - New Zealand's largest news website - has gone into partnership with Trade Me after the latter took a 50 percent equity stake in the Stuff Digital business.
The news was announced this morning by Stuff owner Sinead Boucher who said, “today is the start of another exciting chapter and I couldn’t be more pleased for our team”.
Stuff Limited (previously Fairfax New Zealand) is a privately held news media company and has been owned by Boucher since 31 May 2020. It was owned by Fairfax and called Fairfax New Zealand Limited until 1 February 2018.
